Linde Kryotechnik is the world’s leading manufacturer of cryogenic plants. Our core business consists of planning, designing and constructing helium and hydrogen liquefiers as well as refrigerators. The temperature range of our cryogenic refrigerators is between -193°C (80 K) and -271.5°C (1.5 K). The expert knowledge and competency of Linde Kryotechnik in the area of lowest temperature technology includes helium liquefiers, hydrogen liquefiers, helium refrigeration plants, helium recovery systems, storage distribution systems as well as the engineering of special cryogenic plants, e.g. neon liquefiers. All coldboxes are designed in-house and assembled under close supervision by qualified contractors, such as the large Linde workshops located in Germany and the USA or local companies.
Our experts are inventing the plants utilizing our own and most actual data base and specific computer programs to design processes, coldboxes and equipment for the plants. CAD systems are used to transfer the conceptual process design into basic and detail engineering documents. The key components like our gas bearing turbine are developed and assembled within our own company. We emphasize on partnership with our vendors for manufacture, shipping and construction, based on many years of experience. Continuous quality assurance and supervision by our people accompany the execution of the entire project and guarantee highest quality of our products.
